Pre-doctoral contract offer in the GTE group
Contract for works or services in the framework of the project "Ozone injection technology for exhaust gas purification. O3-INTERGAP. Proof of Concept Projects 2021".
Contractual conditions:
- Type of contract: Contract for work or service.
- Working day: Full time (40 hours per week).
- Duration: 6 months (expected start date 1 January 2022) with the possibility of extension.
- Gross monthly salary: 1375 €.
- Place of work: Cintecx
Duties of the position:
Participate in performing ozone bench experiments, elaboration of appropriate experiment designs, tasks associated with data analysis, obtaining empirical correlations- Handling of sensitive scientific equipment, and implementing and customising data acquisition systems and equipment.
Applicant profile:
Master's degree or equivalent in industrial engineering, aerospace engineering, energy and mining or physics.
Experience in experimental research, Simulink and Matlab.

Evaluation Committee:
A Commission formed by three members of the research group will be in charge of the selective process (María Concepción Paz, José Luis Miguez Tabarés and Eduardo Suarez Porto). The committee will be able to call the candidates with the highest professional and training assessment for a face-to-face interview or by telematic means.
The committee will draw up a waiting list of those candidates who exceed the minimum score required to be considered suitable. If it considers that no candidate meets the minimum requirements, the post may be declared vacant.
